• Raised well over $150 million in private and public equity and debt across various companies, including institutional and corporate investors
• Sold three businesses to large corporate players, leading the negotiation, diligence and transaction details
• Guided strategy as a leader and advisor in numerous corporate and start-up environments and have served as a strategy consultant in a large international management consulting firm
• Served on the Boards of multiple companies as Chief Executive, Board Member, Board Chair or Committee Chair
• Led diligence in multiple instances as a target acquisition or investment and helped perform diligence on companies/technologies for venture and corporate players
• Guided extremely complex technical and clinical programs to a successful conclusion, leveraging a strong academic and professional background in engineering
• Led multiple businesses from their very earliest days, with strong hands-on experience in the mechanics of building teams, facilities and systems to start companies and to facilitate their growth
• Built several domestic and international sales teams and drove sales during early commercialization
• Led the design and execution of numerous domestic and international clinical trials resulting in product approvals in facial aesthetics and cardiology, among other areas
• Successfully defended or supported the defense of clinical trial results at FDA panel meetings
• Led in-depth efforts and/or personally developed numerous company budgets and financial plans
